L-category vehicles (two- and three-wheelers)

The European Commission has launched a new initiative to simplify the current legal framework (currently composed of 15 Directives), to lower road transport emissions, and to increase vehicle safety for new two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles (L-category vehicles).
